How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on your products, I will ship your order within 1 - 5 business days. Once shipped orders take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the method of shipping you choose and efficiency of your local postal service. I send packages either by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  If priority mail is chosen then a tracking number will be provided.

Am I able to pickup my order?

You can choose to pick up your product(s) if you are located in the Quad Cities or surrounding area. Please email me at support@lisastreasures.shop PRIOR to placing your order so we can discuss the details.  We will set up an appointment to pickup and pay in person.

Am I able to change my order or add products to my order?

Once your order is processed, I will begin making your Product(s). If you are wanting to make changes, email me at support@lisastreasures.shop immediately. If I have not completed your products and can accommodate a change I will. If your products are already made, I will alert you changes cannot take place.

You are welcome to add additional products to your order if it has not shipped! Just contact me and I'll do my best to add your additional items to your current package to avoid larger shipping costs. You will receive a custom listing for additional item(s) for payment or a PayPal invoice to pay the difference of cos 

Am I able to purchase at wholesale?

I would be delighted to assist you with wholesale or bulk quantity orders. Just email me at support@lisastreasures.shop to discuss the details and we can determine if a wholesale relationship will work for both of us.
