About Lisa's Treasures

Welcome and thank you for visiting Lisa’s Treasures, Where the Bounty is Endless! I love to design and create whether it’s jewelry, landscaping, painting etc. If I can physically do it, I will give it a try. I had a successful 27-year career in accounting/finance. I am a CPA by trade and most recently served as EVP, Chief Financial Officer for a financial institution in my area. This success has allowed me to now pursue my creative side, my dream, my passion!

So, in 2017 I made the decision to leave corporate America and focus on Lisa’s Treasures full time. I have been designing and creating jewelry on and off for about 20 years. I work with sterling silver, semi-precious stones, Australian crystals, glass beads and pearls. In 2017, I introduced and have been primarily focused on my Natural Skin Care line. While Lisa’s Treasures also sells jewelry, angel ornaments and pins, mason jar lights and other crafty items, this store will primarily focus on my Natural Skin Care line.

As I’ve gotten older I have realized the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, which means taking care of your skin. So many of us worry about what goes in our mouths but not on our largest organ, the skin. After many hours of reading, research, webinars and testing, I created my Natural Skin Care line including, glycerin soaps, eye and face creams, body butters and scrubs, lip balms and scrubs, aluminum free deodorant, natural sunscreen to mention a few. All my products are handmade in Bettendorf, Iowa in small batches using all natural and/or organic, high quality ingredients. No Parabens, No Preservatives, No Petroleum, No Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, No Phthalates, No Alcohol, and NOT tested on animals. Fresh, clean and natural ingredients you can pronounce and that you and your skin will love!

My goal for my Natural Skin Care line is to transform your beauty by using natural skin care to help give you gorgeous younger looking skin without spending a fortune.
